Tourniquet Pouches
A tourniquet pouch keeps the tourniquet in one fixed place, always within reach. Seconds count when you stop a bleed. A tourniquet at the bottom of a bag or buried in a pocket does not help. The pouch belongs in every rifleman's, Defence League member's and hunter's kit. It also earns its place next to the car first aid kit.
Choose the pouch by your tourniquet model. Most pouches fit CAT and SOF-T type tourniquets. Check that it opens with one hand and that the tourniquet comes out with gloves on. Mounting is MOLLE, belt or hook-and-loop. A good spot is the front of the plate carrier or belt, where either hand can reach. An open elastic holder is faster. A flapped pouch protects the tourniquet from dirt and sun. Tourniquets themselves are under tourniquets. The full kit goes in an IFAK. Other MOLLE pouches live under pouches.
This category is only getting started. If you already have a tourniquet and need the pouch, ask our team for a matching model. We only recommend what we carry ourselves.
