A compact IFAK pouch with a rapid-retrieval internal organizer and modular side attachment points for medical accessories.

The M-TAC Medical Pouch Vertical Small Gen.II Elite is a two-part medical carry system consisting of an outer pouch and a removable IFAK organizer. Both components are constructed from Cordura 500D for abrasion resistance under field conditions. The Gen.II design adds MOLLE panels to the side walls, enabling direct attachment of a tourniquet pouch or medical scissors without additional adapters.
