A purpose-built IFAK pouch with a removable internal organizer and vertical retrieval system for fast, one-handed access to medical supplies.
The M-TAC Medical Pouch Vertical Large Gen.II Elite consists of an outer pouch and a dedicated IFAK organizer with a vertical retrieval system. Both components are constructed from Cordura 500D for abrasion resistance and structural integrity. MOLLE side panels — a key upgrade over the previous generation — allow direct attachment of a tourniquet pouch or medical scissors without additional adapters.
