TX Module BETAFPV Micro TX V2 ExpressLRS 868MHz 2W

The BETAFPV Micro TX V2 ExpressLRS 868MHz 2W is an external transmitter module designed for radio controllers equipped with a Micro, JR or SLIM module bay. It relays control commands from the controller to a compatible ExpressLRS receiver installed in the drone, operating on the 868MHz EU frequency band. With output power reaching 2000mW, an OLED display and active cooling, it suits pilots who need reliable long-range control with on-the-fly adjustability.

Adjustable Transmission Power

The module offers eight selectable RF output levels — 10mW, 25mW, 50mW, 100mW, 250mW, 500mW, 1000mW and 2000mW — allowing the pilot to match transmission power to the specific requirements of each flight. Supported packet rates are 25Hz, 50Hz, 100Hz, 100Hz Full, 200Hz and D50.

OLED Display & 5D Button

An integrated OLED display shows current module settings at a glance. The 5D button provides single-handed menu navigation, settings adjustment and binding initiation without the need for additional switches on the controller.

Cooling System

To manage heat at higher output levels, the module combines a CNC aluminium-alloy heat sink, enlarged airflow openings and a 2507 axial fan, keeping operating temperatures under control during sustained high-power use.

Power Options

The module accepts a standard 7–13V DC input from the controller's module bay. When additional power headroom is needed, an external supply of 5–25V can be connected directly via the XT30 port. A USB Type-C port is provided for firmware updates.

Connectivity & Firmware

The antenna connects via an SMA-KE connector. The module ships with ExpressLRS V3.4.3 firmware (target: BETAFPV Micro 900MHz TX V2) and supports the Backpack function for video transmitter control integration.
