The M-TAC Compact Tourniquet Pouch is purpose-built to carry a Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT) or similar hemostatic device. Developed in line with tactical medicine recommendations, the pouch uses a Velcro retention panel to allow instant extraction of a pre-folded tourniquet — no fumbling, no delay. The CAT must be folded into the "Snail" position to fit correctly. MOLLE-compatible mounting attaches to plate carriers, vests, and waist belts.
