The M-TAC Horizontal Medical Pouch Roll Elite is built for operators who need reliable, fast-access medical storage that doesn't conflict with other equipment or restrict movement in vehicles. Constructed from Cordura 500D and Cordura Squadron, the pouch consists of two components: a fixed outer cover and a removable IFAK insert. The insert pulls free instantly via a single strap and is secured by Velcro to prevent accidental loss.
