Dump Pouches
A dump pouch is a fast home for an empty magazine. During a reload there is no time to seat the empty mag back in its pouch. The empty goes in the dump pouch; the fresh one comes from the mag pouch.
A good dump pouch opens with one hand and stays open on its own. A roll-up model sits compact when idle and out of the way. It usually rides at the back of the belt or on the hip. It also works for field pickup — anything grabbed in a hurry fits.
A couple of dozen models in the range. See the rest of the system under MOLLE pouches — the dump pouch is its cheapest, most practical addition.
