Converts unused plate carrier back panel space into fast-access, self-deployable storage without added bulk or snag points.

The Agilite Rear Hanger™ mounts to the rear of a plate carrier and provides low-profile storage for medical items and mission-critical gear. A Duemme quick-release buckle with ergonomic 'Scorpion tail' grip tab enables one-handed deployment, access, and re-stowage. When deployed, the pouch can be staged on a front loop field or mag placard for continued access, and doubles as lumbar support during extended wear or vehicle operations.
