The M-TAC Pouch for Tourniquet Elastic Gen.5 is designed to securely carry a CAT tourniquet on a plate carrier's front velcro panel. Wide elastic retention holds the tourniquet firmly in place, while velcro-fixed side straps allow both right- and left-sided removal. A marker elastic band is integrated at the bottom of the pouch.
