Dry Bags
A wet sleeping bag ruins the night and a wet laptop ruins the mission. A dry bag is a roll-top waterproof sack. It keeps gear dry through rain, river crossings and boat work.
The range covers roll-top bags with welded seams from 3 to 60 litres. Small pouches protect electronics and documents. Bags of 10 to 20 litres take spare clothing and a sleeping bag, while the largest liners protect an entire rucksack's contents. Pack into several colour-coded and shaped bags and you will find items by feel in the dark. Your backpack itself then never needs to be waterproof. Unlike plastic bags they take abuse silently, and a closed bag doubles as flotation when paddling. For bigger loads, pack them inside an equipment bag.
