Boonie

The boonie hat is the wide-brimmed field hat soldiers adopted in the tropics, and it beats a cap at its own game: the brim shades ears and neck through the whole day, not just your face.

Seven models span solid colours and camouflage patterns. Three details separate a good boonie from a floppy hat: ventilation eyelets that dump heat, a chin cord that keeps it on in wind, and a soft brim that stuffs into a pocket and springs back without complaint. The branch loops sewn around the brim take natural camouflage material — appreciated equally by hunters and veterans of summer exercises. For EDC and more covert days a cap does the job — both belong to our headwear range.

Our team has worn almost all of the hat types in the world - panama is the best for a soldier's life.
