Skeletonized Shotgun Shell Flap® is a purpose-built, ultra-light front flap designed for breachers and close-quarters operators who require fast access to both rifle magazines and shotgun shells. Combining laser-cut laminate and Cordura® 500D nylon, it delivers superior durability and minimal weight, providing a clean, low-profile solution for mixed loadouts in high-intensity environments.
The design accommodates three M4/AR-15 magazines and up to 15 shotgun shells, arranged in three elastic columns (5+5+5). Elastic retention cords with Hypalon® pull tabs keep magazines secure even during dynamic movement, while the shotgun loops feature anti-slip Hypalon® backing for enhanced stability and retention. The open, skeletonized frame minimizes bulk, reduces water retention, and speeds up drying without compromising structural integrity.
